Lifetime Warranty
Wild Brush offers a lifetime warranty for standard wear and tear on all of our products. We want to be sure you're fully satisfied with your gear and keep it working well and looking good long-term!
For standard repairs, please send in your item(s) to 33415 Highway 550, Durango, CO 81301 with a note of what needs to be repaired. While shipping is unfortunately not free, the repair is. You may want to send an email beforehand with photos to see if your item is able to be repaired. If the damage is too extensive and repair is not possible, we can recommend our recycling program. If you believe there is a defect with the item, please contact us and we can provide a shipping label at no cost to you for the repair.
Repairs take 2-4 weeks on average.
Recycling Your Gear
While our items are designed and created to last long-term, we recognize that life happens and sometimes our gear is beyond saving. Did your dog eat half your hip pack? Did your dryer destroy your dopp kit? Did you accidentally catch your glow on fire by putting it too close to the campfire? Mail in your well loved gear and we'll salvage and reuse what we can.
We accept other gear made outside of Wild Brush as well so to help reduce as much waste as possible and keep our gear out of landfills. What can't be saved will be shredded and used as stuffing along with our other scraps for items such as dog toys and floor poofs.
